Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 (MH370)
Boeing 777 Still Missing After 5 Years
MH370 went missing in the early morning of March 8, 2014 at approximately 1:20 AM Malaysia time. I had to leave Malaysia by March 11, 2014 11:59 PM to renew the visa/pass in my passport. I had already bought my flight ticket about a month earlier and with my visa/pass expiring, there was no way I could avoid flying. This is where I first heard about the tragic event happening… at about 1:30 PM on March 8, 2014. (Tell the living room/TV story here… while adding the Sri Manja Square One photo and photos of passport pages).
You’ll want to start by viewing the video on this link, it is a reconstruction of the events of the Flight 370. They won’t allow it to be embedded anywhere on the internet – https://www.abc.net.au/4corners/lost-mh370/5464818?fbclid=IwAR20M9IsNGO3AeTVEs9Twi7jfjA8FfM-2WP9CRp8AYokUPde3ExNBVKPmq8&jwsource=cl
Some nice scenes of KL in the following video. They are actually walking in some of my own footsteps, in some of my old stomping grounds (at Central Market and crossing the street into Chinatown at Petaling Street) starting at 9:55 and 16:32 minutes… especially 2016 to 2018, this is where I got the video of the lady walking with a box full of things on her head. Plus a recent interview with someone I got a chance to meet back in August of 2013, both current and former Malaysian Prime Minister – Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad.
Co-pilot Hamid’s cellphone picked-up over the island city of Penang, Malaysia. I don’t remember this in the local Malaysian news, but it could have been or it could have been censored.
I just read that Captain Shah was a last minute substitute for the flight, but I’ll have to try to confirm if this is true or not.
